Fancy, Glittery Rhinestone and Silvertone Slide Buckle - Round, 3/8" / 10mm center bar (inside measurement) - outside is about 5/8". Made of lightweight metal with nicely faceted crystal stones, this buckle is good for card-making, wedding decorations, bows, doll clothes, cosmetic or cell phone bags, scrapbooks etc. A 3/8" wide ribbon would slide through perfectly.

The black ribbon in the photo is 3/8" bra strap elastic.  

This is the smallest round buckle in our catalog.
