Silver Round Rhinestone and Slide Buckle - 1/2" / 13mm center bar (inside measurement) - outside is about 20mm (3/4") tall and 25mm (1") wide.  This has 4 extra stones on each side of the circle, kind of like little wings.

Made of lightweight metal with nicely faceted stones, this ribbon slider is good for wedding decorations, card-making, cosmetic or cell phone bags, small votive candles, hair bows scrapbooks etc. A 1/2" (13mm) wide ribbon would slide through perfectly, or use a thicker ribbon or a strip of fabric if you want a more gathered effect.  

The pink ribbon in the photo is 5/8" wide and it slides through with a little gathering.
