How does Free Shipping work?

• Orders total $75 or more for USA destinations and $200 or more for Canada destinations, before coupons. 
• Only orders placed online on this website are eligible. 
• Free shipping is applied automatically -- no codes required.
• Orders eligible for free shipping are sent via the most appropriate method (USPS First Class/Priority, UPS Ground for heavy or high-value orders in the USA).
• You can override the free shipping and choose a faster method.
• Special orders and special price quotes are not eligible for free shipping.
• International customers will pay duties, taxes and customs clearance fees due in their country.
• Offer may exclude certain oversize items.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes!  Shipping costs worldwide are calculated automatically and you may preview these before checkout. Read more about shipping outside the USA.

How much is shipping?

It is easy to estimate this before checking out: 1) Place your items into the shopping cart. 2) View the cart 3) Enter your country/state/zip code 4) Click "Get Rates". Note: If the system is not showing all available methods (UPS Ground and USPS) please try again and all the methods should show up. The minimum shipping charge is just $3.99.

It won't let me order X quantity of a product:

How long will it take to receive my order?

Everything is shipped directly by us, from Texas, the same or next business day Monday-Friday. Shipping estimates are given on the shopping cart and the delivery time depends on your distance from Texas. We will contact you if there is an out-of-stock situation.

Do you sell wholesale?

Bulk discounts are calculated automatically on the site for items where it's possible offer them. Click on the product you are interested in to see the bulk discount table.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Checkout online using: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Google Checkout is available via manual invoice. 

Will this item be be available in the future?

Please feel free to ask about individual items -- some are staples for us and will be carried for the forseeable future. Otherwise, pricing and availability information are subject to change without notice. Sometimes we must discontinue products to make room for new ones, or supplier stops making something. 

Does this coupon or discount apply?

Sales, Specials and Coupons: Are not valid for eBay sales. They are limited to stock on-hand, not on special orders and cannot be applied retroactively. Coupons must be entered at time of checkout. 

Is my information private?

Yes! We will not share your information with anyone, for any reason. We have an email list which we use to notify our customers of new products and specials, and it's an opt-in list. We don't like to be spammed either, it's used sparingly. If you wish to be removed, just click the unsubscribe link in the e-mail. Check out our privacy policy for more details.
