International Shipping
International Customers are an important part of our business!
It's easy -- shipping is calculated automatically when you place the items in your cart. Simply follow the usual checkout procedure. We have shipped internationally every day for years.
All prices are in US Dollars.
The customer is responsible for customs charges and duties/taxes, if any, and we cannot predict what these might be.
There are two ways for us to ship outside the USA.
1) US Postal Service (USPS). Our site quotes First Class, Priority and Express Mail. Go through the usual checkout process.
2) Bongo International. We have partnered with Bongo International and encourage customers to sign up a for a US address with Bongo. If your family shops online a lot, you may save money and you can use it with most other retailers in the USA. This is a great option for heavy, high value and time-sensitive shipments. We ship to Bongo's warehouse in the USA (FREE for orders over $75!) and Bongo ships to you. That means that for orders over $75 you only pay Bongo's rates. USPS Process Cost & Transit Times: The cost you see at checkout is your final shipping/handling cost excluding duties/taxes. Below is general info quoted on the USPS website for Canada. There may be customs delays.

Actual loss is extremely rare but sometimes there are customs delays. If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact your local post office to see if it may be there waiting to be picked up -- sometimes, the carrier does not leave a note or the note gets lost.
You will usually need to pick up packages from the post office in order to sign customs forms and possibly pay taxes or fees to the government. We declare the package as "merchandise" and list retail price of the item(s) only, not including shipping and handling. We cannot mark items as gifts or lie on the customs forms, as this can result in fines to both parties.
If the package is not picked up from the post office within a few days, the post office returns it to us. The customer will be responsible for the outgoing postage for the re-shipment, if the customer wishes to have the package re-shipped. If not, the order will be refunded less outgoing shipping.
In the rare event of package loss or damage, thank you for helping us file the needed documentation with the carrier.
