Returns

Cancellations: 

Since we often ship within ours of receiving your order, orders are eligible for cancellation if the order has not shipped yet. Special order cancellations vary by product and will be determined when you place your order.

Please contact us for Return Authorization within 5 days after receipt. 

• Returns are accepted provided the product has not been altered in any way and is returned in its original condition. 
• Orders that qualified for bulk discounts are subject to a a 10% restocking fee (exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee). Since there are no minimum orders, we suggest placing a small order prior to ordering in bulk.
• Outgoing shipping is not refundable except in case of our error or defects. 
• If the order qualified for free shipping, our shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount.  We pay return shipping in case of our error or defects.
• Special orders (items we special order for the customer) and items indicated as final sale are not returnable except in case of damage or wrong items shipped.
• No claims, shortages or returns accepted after 5 days of receipt. 

Goods are sold "as-is" and we do not warrant their suitability for any particular purpose. Buyer is responsible for compliance with manufacturing, packaging, labeling or other requirements of any Federal, State or local law or regulations. Please perform your own testing and test each piece or roll individually.
