18 row rhinestone mesh is flexible and set in clear transparent plastic and string. This rhinestone tape has no prongs, so no worries about snagging. The banding in which the rhinestones are set can be sewn through or glued, wrapped around (a bouquet for example) or used flat. Back does not have any adhesive. Beautiful high quality crystals with nice faceting and color reflection.  

Tip: Great for dog collars! After you cut it, if you want to get rid of the extra strings you can lightly hit them with a candle lighter and they will vanish. Then your cut will be flush with the cups.
