To give you the quickest and most complete answer, send us a sample of the item (which will be returned promptly) if you have one. Or, e-mail an actual-size scan of the item. If this is not available, let us know:

• finish (gold, silver, etc.)
• type of stone (clear, color, etc.)
• inside center bar measurement
• thickness/height if this matters
• outside measurement and any other special characteristics (rigid or flexible? heavy or light?)
• It helps to know what end product it is going into.

Minimum order depends on how custom this is, and whether this can be a catalog item for us or not.  The broader the appeal for our product line, the lower the minimums will be. 

The lead time can be two weeks to 4-6 weeks depending on the level of customization.
